You can just say the facts. Don't try to impress or to amuse your examiner; these attempts rarely work. Don't try to add extra information or use a humorous style. Don't make things up and take a minute to consider how you will answer the question. You don't have to answer right away. If your mind is blank, take a couple of seconds to think about your answer. It's better to take your time and construct an answer than to start speaking and not know what to speak about next.
