I am the 15th editor of IELTS. In this role， I manage a team of assessors and editors who ensure that every question in our test books is carefully drafted to provide a fair and balanced assessment of candidates' English language proficiency. 我就是雅思第15本书的编辑之一。我的职责是管理一个编辑小组，确保试题书的每一道题目都能得到适当和平衡的评估。
My team and I are responsible for ensuring accuracy in all aspects of test development， including item writing， marker training and process monitoring. The IELTS exam has been designed to be given in two formats – as either a paper-based or online test. You can take your pick between these two， depending on where you want to sit it. The good news is that whichever format you choose， you will receive an equivalent score， so there’s no advantage to one over another。 雅思考试设有两种题型——纸笔考试和在线考试。你可以在两者之间做出选择，取决于你想在哪里参加考试。好消息是，无论你选择哪一种格式，得到的分数都是等价的，因此不存在哪种形式优于另一种形式的问题。
