I have been learning Chinese history and Chinese revolution since primary school. To speak the truth, I was not interested in that at all back then, and I just simply finished all the history homework because of the high marks for history, the most important subject in the entrance examination. Now I find my country is really developing very fast, and I am really proud of being a Chinese, but I know our motherland used to be very poor and weak, and many revolutionists have to sacrifice their own lives for the freedom of their people. There are always a lot of difficulties on the way to success.
So the Sino-Japanese war in 1937 has been engraved on the mind of my nation. I really hope that my country will never suffer the invasion of other countries forever, and I think all the Chinese people love peace. In my opinion, what happened then was really unfortunate, but it made our people get united together, and this great unity finally led to our victory.
